The City Budget passed with no funding for a plan to protect and improve residential parking. Without changes to certain city policies, parking will continue to get worse rapidly. We have been told there are alternative ways to fund improvements so we continue to work toward that.

It's vital that people continue to speak up! We've made it easy for you to tell City leaders that you want this fixed.

Sign the Parking Petition and online letter. Share your stories and comments there. Share, tweet, pass this to your neighbors.

The city has begun some efforts to make improvements but professional help and a plan that includes residential parking is needed. We continue to meet with Public Works, the lawsuits, a meeting with Jeannine Pearce, and other possibilities. We will post an update when we have concrete news. Whatever we do succeed in starting, we will need City Council approval to implement changes. Showing them that you care is crucial.
