Final Draft of the parking study is out.

KOA's parking study of Downtown and Alamitos Beach has been finalized and will be given to the City Council at their meeting on October 23 at 5:00 pm unless we are able to postpone it. We were expecting to have more advanced notice than a mere seven days until the meeting, but here we are.

We need as many people as possible to come out to the City Council meeting and speak about the parking problems in our neighborhood. We are busy reviewing the final draft. We will give you the summary and our concerns in an update soon.
